Ribbon Cables and their applications
Single- and multi-coloured ribbon cables are used e.g. in fixed connections in telecommunication devices or electronic control systems for machines.
Telephone cables in practice
These cables are used not only in telecommunications, but they also proved to be good for standard telephone connections with the most common number of cores.
Power cords for PCs and universal applications
High-quality cables for connecting with a 110V or 230V mains:
- readymade connection cables with connectors to the AC mains network and a plug for connection to a powered device;
- cables with AC mains plugs and wires at the other end, prepared for crimping (e.g. with screws) and soldering.

- CEE 7/16 and CEE 7/7 (IEC type E and type F, the so-called "Schuko") used e.g. in Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Poland, France, Hungary, Slovakia, Spain, or Finland
- NEMA 5-15 (IEC type B) used e.g. in the USA, Canada, or Japan
- BS1363 (IEC type G) used in England, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scotland, and Wales
- IEC C5, C7, C13, C14, C15, C19, which are commonly used as power connectors in e.g. music players, radios and cassette players, PCs, laptop PSUs, UPS devices, household appliances, IT devices, and many more.
Upon customer’s request it is possible to prepare cables in different length or configuration, including different connectors, e.g.:
- IEC type L ("Italian”),
- Australian IEC type I,
- American, NEMA 5-1 plug (IEC type A), without the earth wire.
